目的：探讨综合护理干预在肛肠疾病术后尿潴留中的应用与效果。方法将2013年1月～2013年6月收治的116例肛肠疾病手术患者按其入院顺序进行分组，常规组58例，行常规护理；综合组58例，给予综合护理干预。对比两组护理效果与患者满意度。结果综合组患者护理效果与患者护理满意度优于常规组，组间差异显著（P ＜0.05），具统计学意义。结论对肛肠病手术患者进行综合护理干预，可以有效提升护理有效率以及患者满意度，且临床并发症发生率低。%Objective To investigate the application and effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on urinary retention after anorectal surgery. Methods From January to June in 2013, 116 cases of anorectal surgery patients hospitalized according to the order of admission, were divided into conventional group: 58 cases, conventional nursing;comprehensive group: 58 cases, giving comprehensive nursing intervention. To compare the effect of two groups of nursing and patients satisfaction. Results The nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of patients in the combined group were significantly better than that in the conventional group, the difference was significant (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion Patients with anorectal surgery of comprehensive nursing intervention, can effectively enhance nursing efficiency and patient satisfaction and clinical complications occur rate is low.
