盆底超声对产后早期压力性尿失禁的诊断价值分析

摘要

目的：分析盆底超声对产后早期压力性尿失禁的诊断价值。方法选取产后6周出现压力性尿失禁患者30例为观察组，并选取未育女性30例为对照组，两组均展开盆底超声检查，并对检查结果进行分析。结果两组受检者膀胱颈移动度、尿道旋转角、膀胱后角、尿道内口漏斗形成率有差异，P ＜0.05。结论盆底超声诊断产后早期压力性尿失禁应用价值显著。%Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of pelvic floor ultrasonography in early postpartum stress urinary incontinence. Methods 30 cases of stress urinary incontinence were selected as observation group, and 30 cases of non sterile female were selected as the control group, the two groups were carried out pelvic floor ultrasound examination, and the results were analyzed. Results The groups of subjects were examined by the degree of the cervical mobility, the rotation angle of the urethra, the posterior bladder angle, and the rate of the formation of the posterior urethral opening. The rate of the formation of the two groups were P<0.05. Conclusion The value of pelvic floor ultrasonography in early postpartum stress urinary incontinence was significant.
