Objective To study the clinical effect and security of the hyperbaric oxygen therapy brain stem injury. Methods 60 patients with brainstem injury according to the principle of statistics were divided into control group and observation group from September 2011 to September 2013, two groups of patients were 30 cases. Control group were treated by routine therapy, observation group, hyperbaric oxygen therapy method for comparing two groups of patients with clinical treatment effect and the Glasgow coma scale. Results The treatment, according to the results of the observation group of patients treatment effective rate was 83.3%, control group patients treatment effective rate of 56.7%, data accord with statistical difference (P<0.05), at the same time, two groups of patients after treatment, the elder brother coma scale are improved, observation group of patients improve performance better than the control group patients, data accord with statistical difference (P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with brain stem injury, by adopting the method of hyperbaric oxygen therapy, has good clinical effect, safe and reliable, and can effectively ensure the security of patient's life, improve the prognosis of patients.%目的：研究探讨高压氧综合治疗脑干损伤的临床效果与安全性。方法将我院2011年9月～2013年9月收治的脑干损伤患者60例按照统计学原理分成对照组和观察组，两组患者均为30例。对照组患者采用常规的治疗方法，观察组患者实施高压氧综合治疗的方法，比较两组患者临床治疗效果与格拉斯哥昏迷评分情况。结果治疗结果显示，观察组患者治疗有效率为83.3%，对照组患者治疗有效率为56.7%，数据符合统计学差异（P＜0.05）；与此同时，两组患者格治疗后拉斯哥昏迷评分均有所改善，观察组患者改善状况优于对照组患者，数据符合统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论针对脑干损伤的患者，采用高压氧综合治疗方法，具有良好的临床效果，安全可靠，能够有效保障患者的生命安全，改善患者预后状况。
