锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折155例临床效果观察

摘要

Objective To make a retrospective analysis on the clinical effect of locking plate for treatment of unstable distal radius fracture. Methods 155 patients with unstable distal radius fracture were given distal radius oblique T shape locking plate treatment in our hospital from 2009 to 2014. The clinical effects were observed and made a retrospective analysis. Results 155 patients with unstable distal radius fracture were followed up for one year, there were 89 cases with excellent wrist joint function, 52 cases with better function, 14 cases with good function. Conclusion The wrist function of long-term patients is better after the treatment of locking plate for unstable distal radius fractures.%目的：回顾性分析锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析2009～2014年在我科采用桡骨远端斜T形锁定钢板治疗的桡骨远端不稳定骨折155例患者，观察桡骨远端斜T形锁定钢板治疗的临床效果。结果155例桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者中随访1年，腕关节功能优89例，良52例，可14例。结论锁定钢板治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折远期患者腕关节功能较好。
