葶苈大枣泻肺汤加减治疗恶性胸腔积液46例临床观察

摘要

目的：探讨葶苈大枣泻肺汤对恶性胸腔积液的治疗效果。方法随机选取2013年4月～2014年4月我院收治的46例患有恶性胸腔积液的患者，以扶正祛邪的治疗为主，抗癌解毒中药的治疗为辅，对46例恶性胸腔积液患者进行治疗，总结治疗效果。结果30例治愈，12例有效，4例无效，总有效率达到90.9%。结论通过中医中药对恶性胸腔积液患者进行治疗可以达到很好的效果。%Objective To explore the actual treatment effect tingli dazao xiefei decoction on malignant pleural effusion. Methods Randomly selected 46 cases of patients with malignant pleural effusion from April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital, the mainly through with fuzheng quxie treatment, supplemented with detoxiifcation, anti-cancer traditional Chinese medicine treatment, and treatment of 46 cases of patients with malignant pleural effusion, summarized effect of therapeutic. Results 30 patients were cured, 12 patients were effective, 4 patients were invalid, and the total effective rate was 90.9%. Conclusion The treatment of patients with malignant pleural effusion by TCM can achieve good results.
