关节镜下分区治疗半月板损伤的临床疗效

摘要

Objective To observe and analysis the clinical effect of arthroscopic treatment of meniscus injury. Methods Selected 126 patients with meniscus injury of knee joint from April 2013 to May 2015 , all of them were treated with surgery, and the treatment effect were observed and analyzed. Results After surgery for patients of 0.5 to 2 years of follow-up, an average of(17±3.6)months, the Lysholm score system was used to evaluate the curative effect and excellent in 67 cases (53.2%), good in 46 cases (36.5%), 12 cases (9.5%) and poor in 1 cases (0.8%), the excellent and good rate was 89.7%. Conclusion Arthroscopic treatment of meniscus injury, trauma, rapid recovery, pain, light, diagnosis and treatment can be carried out at the same time.%目的：观察并分析关节镜下分区治疗半月板损伤的临床疗效。方法选取本院2013年4月～2015年5月收治的膝关节半月板损伤的患者126例，在膝关节镜下进行手术治疗，观察并分析治疗效果。结果手术后对患者进行0.5～2年的随访，平均（17±3.6）个月，采用Lysholm评分系统进行疗效评价，优67例（53.2%），良46例（36.5%），可12例（9.5%），差1例（0.8%），优良率89.7%。结论采用关节镜下治疗半月板损伤，创伤小、术后恢复快、疼痛轻，诊断和治疗可以同时进行。
