目的：探讨氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并高血脂的有效性。方法选取2014年1月～2014年12月我院收治的高血压合并高血脂患者100例，随机将患者分为观察组与对照组，各50例。其中，对照组给予硝苯地平缓释片进行治疗；观察组给予氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片进行治疗，对比两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后两组患者病症均获得了一定的程度的改善，观察组的治疗效果优于对照组，在治疗总有效率上，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论氨氯地平阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并高血脂临床效果显著，可有效控制病症，改善临床不适。%Objective To investigate the effectiveness of Amlodipine Besylate and Atorvastatin Calcium Tablets treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia. Methods Selected 100 cases with hypertension and hyperlipidemia from 2014 January to 2014 December in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The control group were treated nifepine sustained release tablet treatment;the observation group were given amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets treatment, compared two groups of patients with therapeutic effect. Results After treatment, two groups of patients with symptoms had a certain degree of improvement, but compared with the observation group of patients with therapeutic effect than the control group, two groups of patients with total efifciency in the treatment, P<0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. Conclusion Amlodipine besylate and atorvastatin calcium tablets treatment of hypertension and hyperlipidemia clinical effect, can control the disease and improve clinical discomfort.
