肛肠病手术后尿潴留的预防性护理要点分析

摘要

Objective To study the analysis of urinary retention after anorectal disease surgery preventive nursing key points. Methods From January 2013 to January 2015 anorectal disease surgery during the period of 98 patients as the research object, according to the random method is divided into control group and observation group, 49 cases in each group. Control group given routine nursing intervention, patients in observation group patients, on the basis of conventional nursing care, to give preventive nursing intervention. Observe the situation of the two groups of patients with postoperative urinary retention. Results The observation group of patients with postoperative urinary retention in 5 cases, urinary retention rate is 10.2%; 10 cases of control group in patients with postoperative urinary retention, urinary retention rate is 20.4%, two groups of patients with postoperative incidence of urinary retention compared significant difference (P<0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion The implementation of preventive nursing intervention in patients with anorectal disease surgery, can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative urinary retention, alleviate patients' pain, encourage patients to recover as soon as possible, has a positive meaning for improving the prognosis of patients.%目的探讨分析肛肠病手术后尿潴留的预防性护理要点。方法将我院2013年1月～2015年1月期间进行肛肠病手术的98例患者为研究对象，按照随机方法分为，对照组与观察组，每组49例。对照组患者给予常规护理干预，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上，给予预防性护理干预。观察两组患者术后发生尿潴留的情况。结果观察组患者术后发生尿潴留5例，尿潴留发生率是10.2%；对照组患者术后发生尿潴留10例，尿潴留发生率是20.4%，两组患者术后尿潴留发生率对比差异明显（P＜0.05），具有统计学意义。结论对肛肠病手术患者实施预防性护理干预，可以有效减少术后尿潴留的发生，减轻患者疼痛感，促使患者尽快恢复，对改善患者预后有着积极意义。
