放射CT血管造影在冠状动脉疾病诊断应用分析

     

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical application of CT angiography in the diagnosis of coronary artery disease. Methods 45 cases of patients with suspected coronary artery disease were chosen in our hospital, coronary artery calcification score test using radiation CT angiography scan ECG gated technique, and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Calcified plaque in the coronary arteries 1mm group test data and small calcified plaque in the number as the basis, it is concluded that the maximum number of calcified plaque in 3 mm group test with 30, which the number of small calcified plaque for 19, that in 3 mm group test of calcified plaque and small calcified plaque sensitivity is relatively low. Conclusion After verification by radiation CT angiography for diagnosis of coronary artery disease, 1 mm thick layer of calcification test than 3 mm thick layer of calcified test has more advantages, especially for the small calcified plaque test and in clinical practice has more practical significance.%目的:观察放射 CT 血管造影在冠状动脉疾病诊断中的临床应用。方法选取我院45例疑似冠状动脉疾病的患者,采用放射 CT 血管造影扫描心电门控的技术进行冠状动脉钙化积分检验,同时对临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果以冠状动脉钙化斑块1 mm 组检验出的数据以及小钙化斑块在当中的数目为依据,得出3 mm 组检验出的钙化斑块的数目最多,有30个,其中小钙化斑块的数目为19个,说明3 mm 组检验出的钙化斑块以及小钙化斑块的敏感性比较低。结论经过验证采用放射 CT 血管造影对冠状动脉疾病进行诊断时,1 mm 层厚的钙化检验比3 mm 层厚的钙化检验更有优势,尤其是对于小钙化斑块的检验,在临床上更具有实际意义。
