肝性脑病的临床护理体会

摘要

目的：探讨肝性脑病的临床护理体会。方法对2013年4月～2013年10月我院收治的50例肝性脑病患者进行回顾性资料分析。结果50例患者经临床治疗及护理，显效20例，有效26例，无效4例，总有效率92%，无死亡病例发生。结论取综合护理疗法对于减少并发症并改善预后起关键作用。%Objective To evaluate clinical nursing experience of hepatic encephalopathy. Methods Selected 50 cases of hepatic encephalopathy were retrospectively analyzed data from April 2013 to December 2013 in our hospital. Results 50 patients underwent clinical treatment and care, 20 cases markedly effective in 26 cases, 4 cases, the total efifciency of 92%, no deaths occurred. Conclusion Take comprehensive care treatment to reduce complications and improve the prognosis play a key role.
