反馈式教学法在临床护理教学中的应用研究

         

摘要

Objective To explore the application of the feedback teaching method in clinical nursing teaching. Methods Selected nursing students from January 2013 to December 2013 in our department, to set up the feedback teaching group and traditional teaching group, analyzed the results of evaluate the application of learning ability and questionnaire data. Results Applied the teaching feedback, students' specialized theory and skills and the teaching degree of satisfaction had been improved greatly, P<0.05, had difference statistically significance. Conclusion Feedback teaching method can stimulate the initiative effectively and enthusiasm of students learning and feedback teaching method, promote the improvement of clinical teaching quality.%目的:探讨反馈式教学法在临床护理教学中的应用。方法选取2013年1月~2013年12月我科实习护生设立反馈教学组和传统教学组,应用阶段性学习能力的评价和问卷法收集资料,并对结果进行分析。结果应用反馈式教学法,学生的专科理论、操作技能及对教学的满意度有了提高,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论反馈式教学法能够有效激发护生学习的主动性与积极性,提高临床教学质量。
