预防剖宫产切口感染的围手术期护理体会

摘要

Objective Perioperative nursing effect in prevention from cesarean incision infection is to be observed and its nursing experience is to be summarized.Methods 50 pregnancy patients operated with cesarean surgery were chosen in hospital from February 2014 to February 2015 and separate them into control group and study group according to different nursing methods which are given conventional nursing and perioperativenursing respectively and then compare nursing effects between two groups. Results Patients’ operation time, interval time between incision and baby delivery and patients’ hospitalization days in study group are less than counterparts in control group, and in addition, incision infection incidence is lower than that in control group. There is a comparison differential between two groups and such a differential has statistic value (P<0.05), Conclusion For pregnancy patients operated with cesarean surgery, perioperative nursing is of efficiency in reduction of cesarean incision infection; therefore,.%目的：对预防剖宫产切口感染的围手术期护理的临床效果进行研究，并对护理体会进行总结。方法选取于2014年2月～2015年2月期间在我院接受剖宫产产妇50例，根据护理方式的不同随机分成对照组和观察组进行对照研究，观察实行常规护理和围手术期护理的效果。结果观察组患者的手术时间、切皮至婴儿分娩出时间以及住院时间等均短于对照组，切口感染率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对剖宫产患者采用围手术期护理能够降低切口感染率。
