辅助生殖技术并发症的护理探析

摘要

目的：探析应用辅助生殖技术出现并发症的护理方式。方法搜集本院妇科2014年1月～2015年1月收治的46例不孕不育患者，根据护理方式的不同分为甲组和乙组，甲组采取专科护理，乙组采取基础护理，观察并对比护理效果。结果（1）两组比较，甲组患者的满意度95.8%（23/24）高于乙组81.8%（18/22），差异显著（P＜0.05）；（2）两组妊娠成功率比较，甲组的妊娠成功率83.3%高于乙组72.7%，差异较大（P＜0.05）。结论应用辅助生殖技术出现并发症采用专科护理的效果显著，可以有效提高患者的满意度，提高妊娠成功率。%ObjectiveTo explore nursing method for complications resulted from assisted reproductive technology.MethodsChoose 46 infertile patients who are treated in Gynecology Department of hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 and separate them into two groups according to different nursing methods; patients in Group A are given speciifc nursing and patients in Group B are given elementary nursing; and then observe and compare nursing effects between two groups.Results(1) patients’ satisfaction rate in Group A is up to 95.8% (23/24), which is much higher than 81.8% (18/22)in Group B; there is a treatment differential between two groupsP<0.05. (2) patients’ pregnancy success rate in Group A is 83.3%, which is much higher than 72.7% in Group B, there is a treatment differential between two groupsP<0.05.ConclusionSpecific nursing is rather effective in treatment of complications resulted from assisted reproductive technology; it is conducive to improving patients’ satisfaction and increasing pregnancy success rate; thus, such a nursing method is of application value.
