This book includes the abstracts that will be presented during the two day congress, as oral presentations or posters. The congress, on his fourth edition, will focus on some of the main research topics on vascular diabetes complications and diabetic neuropathy. The second session is dedicated to the therapeutic education for people with diabetes. In the third and fourth session the state of art of the IGEA project will be presented, and the project development strategies in the Italian regions will be discussed. The last session will focus on the life habits modifications to prevent diabetes and its complications.
