全面护理在预防神经外科重症患者肺部感染中的效果

摘要

Objective To explore the comprehensive nursing in neurosurgery patients with severe pulmonary infection prevention nursing effect. Methods To select our hospital from July 2014 to September 2014 to receive treatment of 80 cases of in patients undergoing neurosurgery as a clinical study. All patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 40 cases in each. Control group adopted routine nursing care, the experimental group on the basis of using the comprehensive nursing. Compared two groups of patients with pulmonary infection incidence after the operation and nursing effect. Results The incidence of adverse reactions after surgery in patients than controls, and the experimental group patients for the nursing effect of satisfaction was 92.50%, control group patients to nursing job satisfaction was 80.00%, signiifcantly difference compared the two groups, P<0.05, the difference is statistically signiifcant. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing method can effectively prevent the happening of the pulmonary infection in patients with neurosurgery, promote patients recover, the nursing method is worth popularizing in clinical nursing work.%目的：探究全面护理在预防神经外科重症患者肺部感染的护理效果。方法选取本院于2013年7月～2014年9月接收治疗的80例接受神经外科手术的患者作为临床研究对象。将全部患者随机分为实验组和对照组，各40例。对照组采取常规护理，实验组在此基础上使用全面护理。对比两组患者手术后肺部感染发生率及护理效果。结果实验组患者肺部感染等并发症发生率低于对照组，且实验组患者对护理效果的满意度为92.50%，对照组患者对护理工作的满意度为80.00%，两组对比差异显著，P＜0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论全面护理方法可有效预防神经外科手术患者肺部感染情况的发生，促进患者康复。
