217例巨大胎儿产妇的临床护理体会

摘要

Objective To study the giant fetal childbirth puerpera clinical care.Methods August 2013~October 2014, our hospital the clinical data of 217 cases of giant fetal maternal prenatal maternal postpartum symptom and nursing characteristics.Results 217 cases of maternal have 33 cases were treated by natural childbirth, 184 cases of maternal birth, by labor security, no infection, no maternal and neonatal death.Conclusion Great maternal fetal strengthening clinical nursing can effectively help through perinatal maternal, improve the quality of maternal and child survival.%目的：探讨分娩巨大胎儿产妇的临床护理。方法选取2013年8月～2014年10月以来我院收治的217例巨大胎儿产妇的临床资料，观察产妇产前产后症状及护理特点。结果217例产妇中有33例患者采用自然分娩，184例产妇采用手术分娩，分娩过程安全、无感染，没有产妇及新生儿死亡。结论巨大胎儿产妇加强临床护理能够有效帮助产妇顺利渡过围产期，提高母婴生存质量。
