老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床特点及治疗措施

摘要

目的：对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床特点及治疗措施进行研究分析。方法选取老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者30例，利用雾化吸入器将支气管扩张剂经口吸入，急性加重期患者增加短效糖皮质激素治疗，支气管痉挛、气道阻塞患者增加低分子肝素钙治疗，低钾血症患者补充钾盐。结果本组有效率为83.3%。结论老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者各阶段的病情均有不同，应针对具体症状实施有效的治疗。%Objective To explore the clinical features and treatment for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods 30 cases of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected in this study. The patients received orally inhaled bronchodilators with nebulizers. The patients in acute exacerbation received short-acting corticosteroids in addition. The patients with bronchospasm and airway obstruction received low molecular weight heparin in addition. The patients with hypokalemia received potassium supplement in addition.Results The response rate was 83.3%.Conclusion The disease conditions in various stages of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary are different. So we should implement effective treatments for speciifc symptoms.
