比索洛尔联合单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗频发室性期前收缩的临床分析

摘要

目的：分析比索洛尔联合单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗频发室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法46例频发室性期前收缩患者分为治疗组（比索洛尔联合单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片）和对照组（比索洛尔）各23例。结果治疗组治疗效果好于对照组，再入院率低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论比索洛尔联合单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片治疗频发室性期前收缩取得让人满意效果。%Objective To analyze the effects of bisoprolol combined Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained Release Tablets clinical treatment of frequent ventricular extrasystole. Methods 46 patients with frequent ventricular extrasystoles were divided into treatment group (bisoprolol combined with Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained Release Tablets) and control group (bisoprolol) with 23 cases in each. Results The effect of the treatment group is better than control group, re admission rate lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Bisoprolol combined Isosorbide Mononitrate Sustained Release Tablets treating frequent ventricular extrasystoles achieved satisfactory effect.
