基于岗位调研，加强医学专科生医患沟通能力的培养

摘要

通过对我校近两届临床医学专科毕业生和其就业单位进行调研，明确医学专科生岗位群、岗位能力需求和医患沟通能力欠缺。结合岗位能力要求和医患沟通能力欠缺，进行教学各方面改革，以期找出加强医患沟通能力培养的解决办法。%First, we define the post ability demand and lack of doctor-patient communication ability through the investigating of college graduates and their employment unit. Then, we reform in all aspects of teaching to strengthen the training of doctor-patient communication ability.
