肺减容手术的麻醉处理分析

摘要

目的：探讨肺减容手术的麻醉方法与管理。方法选取临床2013年1月～2014年6月收治肺减容手术的麻醉管理方法进行分析。结果手术过程中血流动力学基本稳定，出血量平均为500 ml，术后顺利拔管。结论LVRS采用低浓度吸入麻醉复合硬膜外阻滞麻醉效果最佳。%Objective To investigate the lung volume reduction surgery and anesthesia management. Methods Anesthesia management methods lung volume reduction operation of the patients were analyzed January 2013~June 2014. Results The surgical procedure is basically stable hemodynamics , blood loss averaged 500 ml, after successful extubation. Conclusion LVRS using low concentrations of inhaled anesthesia combined with epidural anesthesia the best results.
