Objective To analyze the clinical curative effects of valsartan and amlodipine tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods 80 cases of elderlyhypertensive patients in our hospital from October 2012 to October 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each had 40 cases of patients. The observation group was treated with valsartan and amlodipine tablets, the control group was treated with valsartan dwispersible tablets, after a period of treatment, observed the clinical effect and adverse reaction of two groups and compared the occurrence of disease. Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 92.5%, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 5%, the control group of patients with the total effective rate was 77.5%, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 7.5%. Conclusion The curative effect of valsartan and amlodipine tablets in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertensionclinical is satisfactory, with low incidence of adverse reactions, it is safe and reliable.%目的：对缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压患者的临床疗效进行探讨分析。方法将我院2012年10月～2013年10月收治的80例老年高血压患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组患者各40例。观察组患者给予缬沙坦氨氯地平片进行治疗，对照组患者给予缬沙坦分散片进行治疗，一个疗程后，观察两组患者的临床疗效和不良反应发生情况并进行比较分析。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为92.5%，不良反应发生率为5%；对照组患者治疗总有效率为77.5%，不良反应发生率为7.5%。结论缬沙坦氨氯地平片治疗老年高血压患者的临床疗效令人满意，且不良反应发生率低，安全可靠。
