探讨补肺汤治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床疗效

ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of tonifying lung decoction in the treatment of the of bronchial asthma in chronic duration. Methods80 cases of patients with chronic bronchial asthma in duration in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group patients were using conventional nimesulide overlapping inhalation therapy, observation group were used for lung soup treatment, after two months, observed the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients and pulmonary function changes.ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, P<0.05, and the indicators of lung function were superior to control group, P<0.05.ConclusionTonifying lung decoction in the treatment of bronchial asthma in chronic duration has signiifcant clinical effect.%目的：探讨补肺汤在治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期的临床效果。方法选取我院支气管哮喘慢性持续期的患者80例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者使用常规的舒利迭吸入治疗，观察组使用补肺汤进行治疗，两个月后观察两组患者的治疗效果和肺功能的变化。结果观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组，P＜0.05，且肺功能的各项指标都优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论补肺汤在治疗支气管哮喘慢性持续期时，具有显著的临床效果，并有效防治支气管哮喘。
