A method for diagnostics of inflammation pulmonary parenchyma at attacks of the bronchial asthma at children comprises the research of index of blood neutrophil stimulation. An index of blood neutrophil stimulation is determined as well as proteolytic activity for azocole lysis and content of nitrogen monoxide methabolites in expired air condensate and, by parameters of index of blood neutrophil stimulation under the HCT-test, proteolytic activity for azocole lysis and content of nitrogen monoxide methabolites in expired air condensate,the inflammation of pulmonary tissues is diagnosed at attacks of the bronchial asthma at children.
