个性化护理干预对改善妇科手术患者负性情绪的效果

ObjectiveTo observe the personalized nursing intervention to improve the negative mood in patients with gynecological surgery.Methods 60 patients undergoing elective surgery in department of gynaecology were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Control group was given routine clinical care, observation was given conventional nursing based on uplink personalized nursing intervention, compared two groups with gynecological surgery quality score negative emotions.ResultsObservation group negative emotional quality score was higher than the control group, the difference had statistical signiifcance (P< 0.05).Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention for improving the negative emotion of patients with gynecological surgery has signiifcant effect. .%目的：观察个性化护理干预对改善妇科手术患者负性情绪的效果。方法将60例择期妇科手术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组行常规临床护理，观察组在常规护理基础上行个性化护理干预，比较两组妇科手术患者负性情绪质量评分。结果观察组负性情绪质量评分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义﹙P＜0.05﹚。结论个性化护理干预对改善妇科手术患者负性情绪有显著效果。
