强化护生的职业道德教育在护理学基础实验室教学中的效果分析

         

摘要

Objective To analysis the result of strengthening professional ethics education of nursing students in basic nursing lab results Teaching. Methods By "Fundamentals of Nursing" lab curriculum to strengthen professional ethics education of 217 college nursing students in grade 2012, we can evaluate their professional attitude through the nurse professional attitude scale before and after class.Results The lab teaching professional ethics education, made the nursing students' professional emotion signiifcantly improved, it had statistically signiifcant (χ2=41.26, P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the nursing students' professional ethics education in the teaching of basic nursing laboratory can change their professional attitudes and ideas, develop their proper professional attitude.%目的:探讨分析强化护生职业道德教育在护理学基础实验室教学中的应用效果。方法通过护生《护理学基础》实验室教学课程加强我校2012级中217名专科护生的职业道德教育,上课前后通过护士职业态度评分表评估她们的职业态度。结果通过基础实验室教学职业道德教育,使护生的职业情感明显提高,差异显著,具有统计学意义(χ2=41.26,P<0.05)。结论在护理学基础实验室教学中加强护生的职业道德教育能够改变她们专业态度和思想观点,并能培养她们正确的职业态度。
