Objective To explore the predictive value of HPV-DNA jointed TCT detection for cervical cancer. Methods 550 cases with abnormal cervix from January 2014 to April 2015 in our department were selected. All the cases had leucorrhea increases, vagina contactive bleeding and without uterus surgery. The cases were taken HPV-DNA, TCT and biopsy. The positive corresponding rate of single examination, joint detection and the results of biopsy were analyzed. Results Comparison of the pathological biopsy results and detection showed, the positive corresponding rate of HPV-DNA jointed TCT detection was signiifcantly higher than that of HPV-DNA and TCT single examination. The difference was statistically signiifcant between two sets of data (P<0.05). Conclusion HPV-DNA jointed TCT detection has a high application value in the detection of cervical cancer. The precision is higher than HPV-DNA and TCT single examination.%目的:探讨HPV-DNA联合TCT检测对于宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法选取我科室2014年1月~2015年4月的550例宫颈病变患者,均有白带增多、阴道接触性出血等症状,均未接受过子宫手术,对这些患者分别进行HPV-DNA、TCT和病理活检,分析单项检测、联合检测与病理活检结果的阳性符合率。结果检测结果与宫颈活检病理检查进行比较,HPV-DNA联合TCT检测的阳性符合率高于HPV-DNA、TCT单项检测(P<0.05)。结论HPV-DNA联合TCT检测对于诊断宫颈癌有较高的应用价值,其诊断准确性优于单项检测。
