甘草酸镁与胰岛素联用致低钾血症1例临床分析

摘要

A 81 years old female patient with type 2 diabetes mellitus, diabetic peripheral neuropathy, hypertension 2 grade (very high risk), liver function not all income. Admission of insulin hypoglycemic therapy for treatment of liver, fasudil mesylate for injection. Potassium before use: 4.1 mmol/L. 10 days potassium: 2.9 mmol/L. Medication for 13 days potassium: 2.4 mmol/L (critical value). To exclude the possibility that other drugs may lead to a low potassium level, the consideration is given to magnesium and insulin, out of fasudil mesylate for injection, and the potassium supplement treatment, the next day the blood potassium was normal. After that, the blood potassium also was normal.%患者81岁女性，因2型糖尿病、糖尿病性周围神经病；高血压病2级（很高危）；肝功能不全收入院。入院进行胰岛素进行降血糖治疗，异甘草酸镁注射液进行保肝治疗。用药前钾：4.1 mmol/L。用药第10 d，血钾值：2.9 mmol/L。用药第13 d血钾值：2.4 mmol/L（危急值）。排除其他用药导致低钾血症的可能后，考虑是异甘草酸镁和胰岛素所致，于是停用异甘草酸镁注射液，并进行补钾治疗，次日血钾恢复正常。此后多次复查，血钾均正常。
