苄星青霉素治疗HIV感染合并梅毒的疗效探讨

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of benzathine penicillin in the treatment of HIV infection and syphilis.Methods 76 patients with syphilis were enrolled in the MSM cohort from September 2013 to August 2015, among whom 34 patients were infected with syphilis and 42 patients were infected with syphilis. example. They were divided into observation group and control group. Two groups of patients were given benzathine penicillin treatment, comparing the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy.Results In the control group, the total effective rate was 78.57%, 83.33%, 85.71%, 88.1% in the 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months after the treatment, while the observation group And the effciency was 79.41%, 82.35%, 85.29% and 88.24%. There was no signiifcant difference between the two groups, there was no statistical significance,P>0.05.ConclusionBenzathine penicillin in the treatment of HIV infection with syphilis in the efficacy of significant effect, and treatment of syphilis infection with a simple effect.%目的：对苄星青霉素在HIV感染合并梅毒治疗中临床效果的探讨。方法从我院感染病科门诊2013年9月～2015年8月诊治的MSM人群中选取76例梅毒患者作为研究对象，其中，HIV感染合并梅毒的患者有34例，单纯梅毒感染的有42例。分别将其分为观察组和对照组。两组患者均给予苄星青霉素治疗，对比两组患者临床疗效。结果对照组在接受治疗后的3个月、6个月、9个月、12个月临床总有效率分别为78.57%、83.33%、85.71%、88.1%，而观察组各个时间节点的总有效率为79.41%、82.35%、85.29%、88.24%，两组对比差异不具有统计学意义， P＞0.05。结论苄星青霉素在治疗HIV感染合并梅毒的疗效中效果显著，且与治疗单纯梅毒感染疗效相当。
