新生儿重症监护病房(NICU)住院医师规范化培训是培养新生儿专业医学人才的主要方法,关系到未来NICU专业的发展。然而,目前缺乏统一的培训准则和管理规范。本单位在理论基础、临床操作、人文教育、综合分析能力、科研能力、出科考核等培训方面采取了一系列措施,取得了较好效果。%The standardized training of resident doctors in neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) is an important to train professional medical personnel in neonatal specialty, which related to the future development of neonatal specialty. However, there is a lack of uniform standards for training and management. Our unit has taken some successful measures in training of the theoretical basis, clinical operation, humanistic education, comprehensive analysis ability, scientiifc research ability and examination.
