不同特征孕妇孕期保健及产前检查情况与妊娠结局的关系

摘要

Objective To analyze the relationship between prenatal care and pregnancy outcome in pregnant women with different characteristics. Methods600 cases of pregnant women in our hospital from July 2014 to August 2016 were selected as the object, and the information of health condition and frequency of birth of the pregnant women in our hospital were observed, and the relationship of the pregnancy outcome was summarized. Results The degree of education and production inspection times will cause impact on the outcome of pregnancy, 420 cases of prenatal care for pregnant women to work more than 5 times, there are 310 cases of birth, 180 cases of antenatal examination of pregnant women work less than 5 times, there were 90 cases of vaginal delivery (P<0.05).ConclusionThe higher the frequency of birth with higher educational level, pregnant women, birth rate is high, so as to improve the outcome of pregnancy.%目的：对不同特征孕妇的产前检查情况、孕期保健情况及妊娠结局间关系进行分析。方法选取600例于2014年7月~2016年8月于我院分娩的孕妇为对象，观察其孕期保健情况、产检频率等信息，总结与妊娠结局间联系。结果接受教育程度以及产检次数等均会对妊娠结局造成影响，产前检查工作超过5次的420例孕妇中，有310例顺产，180例孕妇产前检查工作不足5次，有90例顺产，（P＜0.05）。结论产检频率越高、文化程度越高，孕妇顺产率越高，从而改善妊娠结局。
