目的：对肺癌患者接受螺旋CT检查和胸部X线检查的临床效果进行分析。方法选取我院2013年11月～2015年3月收治的45例疑似肺癌患者，对其CT检查和胸部X线检查结果的敏感性、特异性、准确性进行对比分析。结果肺癌患者接受螺旋CT检查的准确率是91.1%，胸部X线检查的准确率是66.7%，螺旋CT检查准确率高于胸部X线检查，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论螺旋CT对肺癌患者的临床诊断准确率比较高，该诊断的费用较高，所以可以为疑似肺癌患者使用胸部X线检查。%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of spiral CT examination and chest X-ray examination in patients with lung cancer. Methods In our hospital from November 2013 to March 2015, 45 cases of patients with suspected lung cancer were selected. The sensitivity, speciifcity and accuracy of CT examination and chest X-ray examination results were compared and analyzed.ResultsThe accurate rate of lung cancer patients underwent spiral CT examination is 91.1%, the accuracy rate of chest X-ray was 66.7%, accuracy was higher than that of spiral CT examination of chest X-ray examination, there were significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion Spiral CT in the diagnosis of lung cancer patients with high accuracy rate, the cost of the diagnosis is higher, so it can be used for suspected lung cancer patients with chest X-ray examination.
