左西孟旦联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗67例充血性心力衰竭的疗效分析

摘要

目的：探究左西孟旦联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效。方法选取我收治的134例充血性心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，采取随机数字表法，将其分为对照组（n=67）与观察组（n=67）。对照组给予左西孟旦治疗，观察组加用芪苈强心胶囊治疗，对比两组患者心功能指标变化。结果治疗前，两组患者LVEDD、LVEF、GLS及6min WT相比，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；治疗前后相比，两组患者LEVDD、GLS均降低，LVEF及6 min WT均升高，观察组各指标改善情况均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论左西孟旦联合芪苈强心胶囊治疗充血性心力衰竭的临床效果显著，可改善心功能指标。%Objective To explore the levosimendan joint Qiliqiangxin Capsule efficacy for treatment of congestive heart failure.Methods 134 cases of congestive heart failure patients, take randomly divided into a control group (n=67)and the observation group(n=67), The control group given leosimendan treatment,observation group used stilbene Li strong heart capsule treatment, compared two groups of patients with cardiac function index changes.Results Before treatment, two groups of patients with LVEDD, LVEF, GLS and 6 min WT compared, the difference was not statistically signiifcant (P > 0.05); Compared to before and after treatment, two groups of patients with LEVDD, GLS were decreased, LVEF and 6 min WT were all increased, the improvement of each index in the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Levosimendan combined with Qiliqiangxin capsule in the treatment of congestive heart failure is a signiifcant clinical effect, can improve cardiac function.
