Objective To investigate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment of PPH patients with hemorrhoids surgery.MethodsCollected January 2013 to March 2015, our hospital received PPH patients with hemorrhoids, surgical type PPH. Divided into the study group (60 cases received traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment after surgery) and 60 cases of the control group (treated with Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment). Compared with the two groups before and after treatment, the degree of anal pain and edema subsided time. Results There was no signiifcant difference between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05), there was signiifcant difference between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine fumigation can alleviate the pain degree of patients with PPH tumors and has a positive effect on reducing edema.%目的：探讨自拟中药熏洗方治疗PPH术痔疮患者的疗效。方法收集2013年1月~2015年3月我院接受PPH术的痔疮患者，手术类型为PPH术。分为研究组60例（术后接受自拟中药熏洗治疗）和对照组60例（术后给予麝香痔疮膏）。对比两组治疗前和治疗后肛门疼痛程度及水肿消退时间。结果两组治疗前肛门疼痛程度比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），两组治疗后肛门疼痛程度及水肿消退时间比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论自拟中药熏洗方能够减轻PPH术痔疮患者疼痛程度，对缩短水肿消退时间有积极作用。
