观察血栓抽吸术联合经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果

摘要

目的：研究血栓抽吸术联合经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死的临床效果。方法选取100例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象，分为观察组与对照组，对照组给予择期经皮冠状动脉介入治疗，观察组给予血栓抽吸术联合经皮冠状动脉介入治疗，对比效果。结果观察组有效率高于对照组，不良心脏事件发生率低于对照组。结论血栓抽吸术联合经皮冠状动脉介入治疗急性心肌梗死效果显著。%Objective Study of thrombus aspiration combined with percutaneous coronary intervention clinical effect in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction as the object of study, divided into observation and control group, the control group was treated with elective percutaneous coronary artery interventional therapy, the observation group given thrombus aspiration combined with percutaneous coronary artery interventional therapy, contrast effect.Results The effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group, the incidence rate of adverse cardiac events was lower than that of control group. Conclusion Thrombus aspiration combined with percutaneous coronary intervention is signiifcant effect in treatment of acute myocardial infarction.
