听性脑干反应在婴幼儿巨细胞感染中的应用价值分析

摘要

目的：探讨听觉诱发电位在婴幼儿巨细胞感染中的应用价值。方法选取我院接收的巨细胞感染婴幼儿61例为观察组，另选取60例同时期正常健康婴幼儿为对照组，对所有入选者行听性脑干反应检测，观察比较两组检测结果。结果观察组Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅴ波的潜伏期及Ⅰ～Ⅲ、Ⅰ～Ⅴ、Ⅲ～Ⅴ波的峰间期均长于对照组，异常率高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论听性脑干反应可有效评估婴幼儿巨细胞感染后的听神经损伤情况。%Objective To explore the application value of auditory evoked potential in infants with cytomegalovirus infection.Methods 61 infantile cytomegalovirus infection in our hospital were selected as the observation group, another 60 normal healthy children were selected as the control group. Auditory brainstem responses were detected in all the subjects, and the results were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe latency period of I, III, V wave, I~III, I~V and III~V wave in the observation group were longer than those in the control group, the abnormal rate was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Auditory brainstem response can be effective in the evaluation of auditory nerve injury in infants with cytomegalovirus infection.
