静脉全身麻醉与硬膜外麻醉对老年骨科手术术后认知麻醉功能与精神状态的影响

摘要

目的：探讨静脉全身麻醉与硬膜外麻醉对老年骨科手术术后认知麻醉功能与精神状态的影响。方法将72例老年骨科手术患者随机分为两组，分别采取静脉全身麻醉与行硬膜外麻醉。结果全身麻醉组认知功能障碍发生率、麻醉后MMSE评分均优于全身麻醉组，差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论硬膜外麻醉醉对老年骨科手术术后认知麻醉功能与精神状态的负面影响较小。%Objective To investigate the intravenous anesthesia and epidural anesthesia drunk on anesthesia in elderly orthopedic surgery postoperative cognitive function and mental status.Methods72 cases of elderly patients with orthopedics operation were treated with intravenous general anesthesia and epidural anesthesia.Results General anesthesia group, the incidence of cognitive dysfunction after anesthesia MMSE scores were better than general anesthesia group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The negative effect of epidural anesthesia on the postoperative cognitive function and mental state of the elderly patients in Department of orthopedics.
