痔疮患者术后便秘发生分析及护理干预

摘要

目的：分析痔疮患者术后便秘发生的原因，探讨护理干预对术后便秘发生的影响。方法选择我院2014年6月～2016年6月收治的124例痔疮患者作为研究对象，所有患者均行手术治疗，将患者平均分为两组，对照组患者给予常规围手术期护理，观察组患者在此基础上针对术后便秘发生的危险因素给予护理干预，观察两组患者术后便秘的发生情况。结果观察组患者经系统护理干预后，术后便秘发生率为6.5%，明显低于对照组患者的19.4%，组间对比，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对痔疮术后患者实施针对性护理干预能有效降低便秘的发生，对患者早日康复有重要作用。%Objective To analyze the causes of postoperative constipation in patients with hemorrhoids and to explore the influence of nursing intervention on the occurrence of postoperative constipation.Methods Chose our hospital in June 2014 to June 2016 were 124 cases of hemorrhoids patients as the object of study, all patients underwent surgical treatment. The patients were divided into two groups. Patients in the control group received routine nursing during operation period observed group patients on the basis of the risk factors for postoperative constipation given nursing intervention, the occurrence of constipation were observed in two groups of patients with postoperative.Results In the observation group, the incidence rate of constipation after operation was 6.5%, which was signiifcantly lower than that of the control group (19.4%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of targeted nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of constipation, and has an important role in the early recovery of patients.
