锁定钢板内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折疗效分析

摘要

目的：分析胫骨平台骨折患者采用锁定钢板内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法选取我院50例胫骨平台骨折患者为研究对象，所有患者采用锁定钢板内固定治疗，回顾性分析所有患者治疗效果。结果本组患者手术时间44～131 min，平均手术时间（81.3±5.1）min。手术X线检查表明关节面台阶小于2 mm，患膝也没有明显增宽或内外翻，患者术后也没有发生感染。所有患者进行8～18个月时间随访，患者术后3～6个月均骨性愈合，膝关节功能恢复优19例，良27例，中4例，患者膝关节功能恢复优良率为92%。结论胫骨平台骨折患者采用锁定钢板内固定治疗可取得良好的临床疗效,骨折愈合率比较高，可帮助患者尽快康复。%Objective To analyze the clinical effect of locking plate ifxation in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods In our hospital, 50 cases of tibial plateau fractures were selected as the research objects, all of patients with locking plate internal ifxation treatment, all patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results This group of patients with operation time 44~131 min, the average operation time (81.3±5.1) min. Surgery X-ray showed that joint surface level is less than 2 mm, there were also no significant broadening of knee or inside and outside, after surgery and no infections.All patients with 8~18 months follow-up, patients with postoperative 3~6 months or so all osseous healing, knee joint functional recovery 19 cases, benign 27 cases, fair 4 cases, patients with knee joint functional recovery was 92%.Conclusion Patients with tibial plateau fracture with locking plate internal fixation treatment can achieve good clinical efifcacy, fracture healing rate is high, can help patients to recover as soon as possible.
