护理干预对甲状腺手术患者疼痛和负性情绪的影响分析

摘要

Objective To observe the application of nursing intervention on pain in patients with thyroid surgery and the effects of negative emotions. Methods42 cases of thyroid surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into 2 groups. The control group used routine nursing, the observation group on the basis of conventional nursing care intervention.Results The total pain rate of observation group was 8.70%, lower than 58.70% of the control group; the SDS and SAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of nursing intervention in patients with thyroid surgery, improve the patient's pain and negative emotions, bring good therapeutic effect for patients.%目的：观察甲状腺手术患者应用护理干预对疼痛情况和负性情绪的影响。方法选取我院收治的42例甲状腺手术患者，随机分为2组。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上采用了护理干预。结果观察组总疼痛发生率为8.70%，低于对照组的58.70%；观察组的SDS和SAS评分低于对照组，P＜0.05。结论对甲状腺手术患者应用护理干预，改善了患者的疼痛情况和负性情绪，为患者带来较好的治疗效果。
