优质护理对乳腺肿瘤患者手术治疗依从性的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the impact of quality care on treatment compliance for patients with breast cancer surgery. Methods Selected 50 cases with breast cancer, from March 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital, were treated in the line of high-quality perioperative nursing intervention, review the implementation of results.Results Before the intervention, breast cancer patient care satisfaction (76.4±1.0) points, the adherence of (75.4±3.3) min, after the intervention nurse satisfaction (97.8±1.0) points, the adherence of (96.2±3.1) points, was difference had statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For breast cancer patients treated in clinical, quality in perioperative care model, can significantly improve nursing satisfaction and on compliance, the protection of prognosis in patients with signiifcant value.%目的：探讨针对乳腺肿瘤手术患者加强优质护理对治疗依从性的影响。方法选取乳腺肿瘤患者50例，均为我院2015年3月~2016年3月收治，在围术期行优质护理干预，回顾实施成效。结果干预前，乳腺肿瘤患者护理满意度为（76.4±1.0）分，依从性为（75.4±3.3）分；干预后护理满意度为（97.8±1.0）分，依从性为（96.2±3.1）分，对比有统计学差异（P＜0.05）。结论针对临床收治的乳腺肿瘤患者，在围术期应用优质护理模式，可提高护理满意度及遵医依从性，对保障患者手术预后价值显著。
