加压锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折临床疗效研究

Objective Pressure explore the role of locking plate of proximal humerus fractures in clinical treatment effects.Methods 84 cases of proximal humerus fractures were enrolled,They were divided into observation group and control group. The control group of 42 patients were treated with traditional treatment programs, Embodiment 42 patients with group therapy patients pressurized locking plate, Compare the two groups treatment effect.Results Excellent rate of 90.48% in the observation group, higher than 45.24%.Comparison of efifcacy There were signiifcant (χ2=19.70,P<0.01) between the two groups.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of pressurized locked plate acting on the proximal humerus fractures evident.%目的：探究加压锁定钢板作用于肱骨近端骨折的临床医治效果。方法选取84例肱骨近端骨折患者为研究对象，均分成观察组与对照组。对照组42例患者采用传统医治方案，42例观察组患者实施加压锁定钢板疗法，对比2组治疗效果。结果观察组优良率90.48%，明显高于对照组45.24%。组间疗效比较存在统计学意义（χ2=19.70，P＜0.01）。结论采用加压锁定钢板作用于肱骨近端骨折的临床疗效明显。
