外周静脉留置针患者护理中实施系统健康教育的效果研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing care of patients with peripheral venous indwelling needle.Methods 80 patients from February 2015 to April 2016, were randomly divided into two groups, patients in the control group were treated with routine care, the observation group patients in the premise of routine care, health education and nursing. Results Observation group patients nursing satisfaction and adverse reaction rate of the data and control group patients compared to the advantage was more obvious,P<0.05.Conclusion System health education nursing program can have a significant effect on the patient, the safety factor is high.%目的：探讨外周静脉留置针患者护理中实施系统健康教育的护理效果。方法将2015年2月～2016年4月我院收治的80例外周静脉留置针患者随机分组，对照组外周静脉留置针患者进行常规护理，观察组外周静脉留置针患者在常规护理的前提下，进行系统健康教育护理。结果观察组外周静脉留置针患者护理满意度和不良反应发生率的数据与对照组患者相比优势更为明显，P＜0.05。结论系统健康教育护理方案能够对外周静脉留置针患者起到显著的护理效果，安全系数高。
