盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼在无痛分娩中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical application of ropivacaine combined with sufentanil in painless childbirth.Methods A total of 120 cases of maternal were chosen as the object of study, were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015, giving to hydrochloric acid ropivacaine combined with sufentanil for postoperative analgesia for patients in the experimental group, control group of patients with normal delivery, do not take any analgesic measures. Compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect analysis.Results By statistical analysis, the experimental group of patients in labor, bleeding and to cesarean section and other indicators were signiifcantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionUsing hydrochloric acid ropivacaine combined with sufentanil analgesia in delivery process, operation is simple, can signiifcantly reduce the pain of childbirth, less impact on maternal and child.%目的：探究盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼在无痛分娩中的临床应用。方法选取我院2014年5月～2015年5月共收治的120例产妇作为研究对象，随机分成两组，给予实验组患者以盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼进行镇痛，对照组患者进行正常分娩，不采取任何镇痛措施。分析比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果经统计分析，实验组患者在产程、出血量以及转剖宫产等指标上均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论使用盐酸罗哌卡因联合舒芬太尼在分娩过程中进行镇痛，操作较简便，可显著减轻分娩过程中的疼痛，对母婴影响较小。
