PBL教学法在呼吸科临床带教中的应用研究

         

摘要

目的:探讨问题教学法(Problem Based Learning,PBL)在呼吸科学临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取呼吸科临床实习学生共30名作为研究对象,随即分为两组,即观察组(PBL教学)和对照组(传统教学)各15名,在为期8周的临床带教学习后,比较组间学生学习成绩。结果观察组学生的理论知识、实践操作水平均高于对照组,且实践工作误差率低于对照组,P<0.05,组间差异有统计学意义。结论 PBL教学法有利于改善实习学生成绩,对于临床带教效果的改善具有促进作用。%Objective To discuss the application effect of PBL teaching method in clinical teaching in the department of respiration.Methods 30 clinical internship students were selected as the research object in respiratory department. They were divided into two groups, the observation group (PBL) and control group (traditional teaching group). There were 15 students in each group. After a period of 8 weeks of clinical teaching, learning achievements of students were compared between the two groups. Results In observation group, the theoretical knowledge and practical operation level were significantly higher than that of the control group, and the error rate of the practice was lower than that of the control group, P<0.05, there were significant differences between the two groups. ConclusionPBL teaching method is conducive to improving the students' scores, and it can promote the improvement of clinical teaching effect.
