胸部CT体检对乳腺癌早期诊断的临床价值

摘要

Objective To analyze the chest CT examination application value of early diagnosis of breast cancer.Methods 58 patients with early breast cancer confirmed by surgery pathology were chosen, the chest CT examination results were retrospectively analyzed.Results 58 patients conifrmed by surgery and pathology of 28 cases of inifltrating ductal carcinoma, 23 cases of adenocarcinoma, 3 cases of multiple adenocarcinoma, 3 cases of infiltrating lobular carcinoma and simple carcinoma 1 case, CT examination and pathological diagnosis with rate was 91.4%, patients with typical CT manifestation.Conclusion Spiral CT scan can be seen clearly in the breast cancer morphological characteristics, enhanced scanning can be seen as a typical enhancement of features, for the early diagnosis of breast cancer has important signiifcance.%目的：分析胸部CT体检对乳腺癌早期诊断的应用价值。方法选取经手术病理确诊的58例早期乳腺癌患者，对其胸部CT体检结果进行回顾性分析。结果58例患者经手术病理确诊为浸润性导管癌28例，腺癌23例，多发性腺癌3例，浸润性小叶癌3例，单纯癌1例；CT检查与病理诊断的符合率为91.4%，患者有典型CT表现。结论胸部螺旋CT检查可看到清晰的乳腺癌形态学特征，增强扫描可见典型的强化特征，对于乳腺癌的早期诊断有重要意义。
