不同右美托咪定给药方式在妇科腹腔镜手术中的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of different doses dexmedetomidine in patients with GLS.Methods 190 cases of patients with GLS were randomly divided into the control group which were sustained given intravenous dexmedetomidine and the observation group which were once given intravenous dexmedetomidine, 95 cases in each group. The anesthetic effect of two groups were compared.Results The adverse effects rate of the observation group was 5.26%, which was lower than the control group 13.68% (P<0.05). The directional power and extubation of the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion A single intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine can effectively reduce the adverse effects rate and promote recovery.%目的：分析不同右美托咪定给药方式在妇科腹腔镜手术（GLS）中的应用效果。方法按照手术顺序奇偶性将我院190例GLS患者分为对照组及观察组，各95例，前者持续静脉泵注右美托咪定，后者单次静脉注射右美托咪定；比较两组麻醉效果。结果观察组不良反应发生率为5.26%，低于对照组的13.68%（P＜0.05）。观察组拔管时间、定向力恢复时间短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在GLS术中单次静脉注射右美托咪定具有不良反应少、恢复快等优点。
