以家庭为中心的护理在儿童支气管肺炎中应用效果的系统评价

摘要

Objective To evaluate application effect of family-centered care in children with bronchial pneumonia.Methods Published randomized controlld trials were searched in CNKI, VIP, Wanfang, the Cochrane Library, PubMed and EBSCO scholar, The RevMan 5.2 software was used for data analysis.Results Totally ten studies including 1 156 cases were enrolled, including routine care group 527 cases, routine care added family-centered care group 529 cases. The Meta-analysis showed there were different between the observation group and the control group in effective rate, shorten the hospitalizationtime (P<0.0001). Conclusion Family-centered nursing can improve the effect of nursing treatment, shorten the hospitalization time.%目的：探讨以家庭为中心的护理在儿童支气管肺炎中的应用效果。方法检索中国知网数据库、维普数据库、万方数据库、The Cochrane Library、PubMed、EBSCO数据库符合纳入标准的临床随机对照研究，采用Cochrane协作网提供的RevMan 5.2软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入10项研究，共1156例，常规护理组527例，常规护理+家庭护理组529例。Meta分析结果显示支气管肺炎患儿应用以家庭为中心的护理联合常规护理，能够提高治疗总有效率（OR=0.23,95%CI=0.16~0.35,P＜0.0001），减少住院时间（OR=2.06,95%CI=1.73~2.38,P＜0.0001）。结论对于支气管肺炎患儿，以家庭为中心的护理联合常规护理可以提高总有效率，减少住院时间。
