探讨氧驱动雾化吸入联合孟鲁斯特治疗小儿哮喘的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect of oxygen-driven atomizing inhalation combined with montelukast in the treatment of asthma in children.Methods 86 cases of asthma children were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group with 43 cases in each group. Children in the control group were given budesonide oxygen-driven atomizing inhalation treatment, patients in the study group added montelukast on the basis of the control group.Results The total effective rate of study group was 93.02% and 81.40% of control group, the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05), in study group, the disappearance time of lung wheeze sound, asthma and cough were significantly less than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen-driven inhalation combined with montelukast treating pediatric asthma can effectively improve the clinical symptoms in children, with signiifcant clinical effect.%目的：探讨氧驱动雾化吸入联合孟鲁斯特治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的86例哮喘患儿，根据随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组43例，对照组给予布地奈德氧驱动雾化吸入进行治疗，研究组在对照组的基础上联合口服孟鲁斯特进行治疗，观察两组患儿的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.02%，对照组治疗总有效率为81.40%，两组治疗总有效率之间比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），研究组患儿肺部哮鸣音、哮喘、咳嗽的消失时间少于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论氧驱动雾化吸入联合孟鲁斯特治疗小儿哮喘能有效的改善患儿的临床症状，临床疗效明确。
