富血小板血浆促进骨折愈合机制及研究进展

摘要

Objective To study mechanism and research progress of the platelet rich plasma (PRP) for promoting fracture healing.Methods To review relevant literatures on PRP preparation, growth factors and promoting bone healing in domestic and overseas, And to carry on the review and the synthesis analysis.Results The PRP which contains a variety of growth factors can produce a certain synergy and play an important role in the early fracture healing.Conclusion The PRP which play a promoting role in fracture healing is inlfuenced by many factors, the platelet degranulation release a variety of growth factors, which produce synergy for promoting fracture healing.%目的：探讨富血小板血浆（PRP）促进骨折愈合机制及研究进展。方法查阅国内外相关PRP制备、生长因子作用机制及促进骨愈合应用的相关文献，并进行回顾和综合分析。结果 PRP中所富含的各种生长因子之间可产生一定的协同，在骨折愈合早期发挥重要作用。结论PRP对骨折愈合发挥促进作用受多种因素影响，血小板脱颗粒释放多种生长因子协同作用促进骨折愈合。
