比较不同的治疗方案治疗妇产科宫颈糜烂的临床效果

摘要

目的：探讨不同治疗方案治疗宫颈糜烂的效果。方法随机将150例宫颈糜烂患者分为三组，其中A组行微波治疗，B组行药物治疗， C组行LEEP刀治疗，比较三组临床效果。结果对比三组轻中度患者治疗效果，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；LEEP刀治疗对重度患者有效率优于其它两组（P＜0.05）。结论临床医师应根据具体病情选择合适方法治疗宫颈糜烂。%Objective To investigate the effect of different therapeutic Schedule in the treatment of cervical erosion.Methods150 cases of patients with cervical erosion were divided into three groups, group A was used about microwave, group B was used about drug therapy, group C was treated about LEEP knife, to compare efficacy of three groups.Results There were no signiifcant difference about the effect of mild and moderate patients in three groups (P>0.05), the LEEP knife in the treatment of severe patients was better than that of other two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinicians should select the appropriate method according to the specific conditions of cervical erosion.
